"Our first night was loud and very uncomfortable. There was a compton motorcycle group that kept their machines running and running till 3:00 in the morning. The train was very loud since we were on that side. The room next door left their TV on loud and left. But I must say the people at the desk were very helpful in trying to calm things down. They moved us to the other side of the motel for our last two nights and it was 90% better. The staff really felt bad and were very understanding of our situation. We would stay again and probaly will since our daughter just lives on Richmond which is close."
